You are a genius, I thought I had downloaded iTunes 7... I didn't have to reset, everything came up as was
on it when it crashed.
I cannot thank you enough for not giving up, this one had sentimental value that you cannot believe and they
do not make the black nanos anymore.
I tried everything on the internet, and you are the only one that replied and kept at it until you solved the
problem.
Thank you.

Wow Daniel! What a fantastic service. I really didn't expect such a prompt response, if at all. And
thanks for your advice. I certainly will be downloading from the sites you have listed. We are bathing in
summer heat here, whilst I guess you are sheltering from the approaching winter. As a student it is not
unusual to work through the night and I must say, how fantastic it is to have music all night. And such excellent
quality sound too. So thrilled to have iPod up and running!
Thanks again.
Ciao

Tip: How to Keep Your iPod Up to Date
Use iTunes 7 or later to update or restore your iPod. Apple periodically updates iPod software to improve performance or add new features. It is recommended that you update your iPod to use the latest software.
- If you choose to update, the software is updated, but your settings and songs are not affected
- Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download -- opens in new window -- and download the latest iTunes software
- Open up iTunes when its installed. Click on users iPod under 'Devices'. You’ll see information about your iPod under the 'Summary' tab. Under the 'Version' column click the button that says 'Update'. A newer version of the iTunes software will update your iPod. Note that if you've already updated your iPod you'll see 'Check for updates' instead of 'Update'.
