New products come in various sizes and shapes and some even compromising quality but not with Grado. Grado forays into the portable headphones market with its new product, the iGrado.
Retaining the best sound quality that is expected of all Grado headphones, the iGrado is impressive in its delivery of punchy bass, smooth mids and assertive highs.

Specifically built to go with all MP3 players, the Grado iGrado's compact over-the-head 'street style' design is indeed impressive.
iPod users will be pleasantly surprised at the vast difference in sound quality between the standard issue earbuds and the iGrado. The music is rich and warm, very unlike the tiny sound delivered by the earbuds.
While the Grado SR60 was specifically targeted at portable players, some may have found it a bit of a misfit with some MP3 players in terms of design.
No such issues with the iGrado. Its sleek plastic headband, virtually weightless foam earcups and over-the-head design easily complement the iPod.
The open air technology used in the design of the Grado iGrado headphones means that it leaks sound and is not suitable for noisy environments.
However, if you've ever been scared out of your wits walking in traffic with a pair of isolating earphones, you will appreciate the iGrado's ability to allow you to hear external sound. This actually makes it the safer bet in such situations.
The quality of sound is reminiscent of the Grado SR60 – not surprising since the iGrado in fact uses the same drivers.
Retailing at $49, the Grado iGrado is easily within the reach of those looking for 'Grado quality' sound at a reasonable price point.
The iGrado's natural musical finesse will leave you breathless and asking for more.
The Grado iGrado headphones comes with a cord about 40 inches long and tips the scale at just 3 ounces.
Despite their lightweight design, you will find them extremely durable and capable of surviving quite a bit of tossing around.
Even staunch Grado aficionados will admit that comfort has always been an issue with most Grado headphones, with most of their models requiring some degree of getting used to.
Grado finally manages to cross that hurdle with the iGrado. It is surprisingly comfortable and the headband can be bent for a better fit, ensuring that you have virtually no fatigue even after hours of listening to head-pounding music.
A small minority of users may still have some trouble with the fit especially if they have been used to the 'in-the-ear' models such as canalphones and earbuds.
Overall, iPod users will not fail to notice the incredible sound quality, the sleek design that complements the MP3 player and the open air design that lets your ears breathe.
A terrific buy, the iGrado easily scores over other options in the market available for MP3 players in terms of sound reproduction.
Design and fit may require some getting used to, but you will never regret investing in the exceptionally well packaged Grado iGrado.

You are a genius, I thought I had downloaded iTunes 7... I didn't have to reset, everything came up as was
on it when it crashed.
I cannot thank you enough for not giving up, this one had sentimental value that you cannot believe and they
do not make the black nanos anymore.
I tried everything on the internet, and you are the only one that replied and kept at it until you solved the
problem.
Thank you.

Wow Daniel! What a fantastic service. I really didn't expect such a prompt response, if at all. And
thanks for your advice. I certainly will be downloading from the sites you have listed. We are bathing in
summer heat here, whilst I guess you are sheltering from the approaching winter. As a student it is not
unusual to work through the night and I must say, how fantastic it is to have music all night. And such excellent
quality sound too. So thrilled to have iPod up and running!
Thanks again.
Ciao
