How can I disconnect my IPod

Question:
Having just recorded music from ITunes I correctly disconnected but I am unable to physically disconnect the USB lead.

I do not wish to force it,what should I do ?

Answer:
Very gently...grab the base of the USB that connects to your computer and pull it. You can shake it a bit whilst pulling it but you should exercise great care.
