How can I fix my iPod

Question:

My iPod plays the same song over and over until I physically change the song but then it plays that song over and over again.

Answer:

Reset your iPod back to its original settings. From your iPod's main menu, go to "Settings > Reset All Settings".

If the above does not work...

You may have to reload your songs from your iTunes Music library onto your iPod again. This will replace songs that has the "Shuffle" feature set to repeat over and over.
