How do I delete photos from my iPod?
Answer:
- If you are using Windows - When you plug the iPod into your computer it should open iTunes, and it should also have a dialog box that asks you what you want to do with the new drive. Choose open folder to view files.
- Then you can navigate to the pictures on the iPod's hard disk and delete them. If the computer does not ask you what you want to do with the new drive when you connect the iPod to the computer, Open iTunes.
- Go to Edit, then Preferences. This will allow you to open the settings for iTunes and your iPod. On the iPod tab there is a check box to allow the iPod to be mounted as a hard disk in Windows.
- If you check that box, apply the settings, close iTunes, and disconnect and reconnect the iPod it will give you the dialog box I mentioned before. If it does not still, you will at least be able to see the drive in the My Computer folder of your computer. From there you can navigate to the pictures and delete them.

You are a genius, I thought I had downloaded iTunes 7... I didn't have to reset, everything came up as was
on it when it crashed.
I cannot thank you enough for not giving up, this one had sentimental value that you cannot believe and they
do not make the black nanos anymore.
I tried everything on the internet, and you are the only one that replied and kept at it until you solved the
problem.
Thank you.

Wow Daniel! What a fantastic service. I really didn't expect such a prompt response, if at all. And
thanks for your advice. I certainly will be downloading from the sites you have listed. We are bathing in
summer heat here, whilst I guess you are sheltering from the approaching winter. As a student it is not
unusual to work through the night and I must say, how fantastic it is to have music all night. And such excellent
quality sound too. So thrilled to have iPod up and running!
Thanks again.
Ciao
