My iPod is still jacked up

Hey again, I recently posted something with the title jacked up iPod. Well I wrote because my iPod wouldn't display anything.

It started where it was just the screen would illuminate but nothing else would be displayed. I was told to plug it in to the computer and then push some buttons.

I did that and it worked for a little while. Then it started doing the illuminated screen with nothing else displayed on the screen.

So someone told me to plug it into the charger and then try pushing the menu and circle button. I did that and the worked too... for a little while.

I decided to just let it keep playing. It worked for a while. But then I kept letting it play and the screen was moving like when on the tv the lines keep moving up and down.

I decided to still let it play (cause it was working) When I decided to turn it off for a while, the next time I went to play it again. It wouldn't work.

Same thing, illuminated screen, but nothing else displayed, I tried repeating all the stuff I tried before.

Now it won't even show that my iPod is connected to iTunes and the screen is still illuminated with nothing else displayed.

Can someone help me? Am I gonna have to trash this iPod? I really don't want to lose everything or have to reset my iPod? Thanks for your help.

Hi Victor,

It seems like your iPod's screen has a major fault like what used to happen to previous iPods. The screens were displaying like what you you've just described.

I think it would be a good idea to have your screen repaired/replaced.

A reputable iPod repair company... Rapid Repair could help diagnose what's wrong with your iPod and hopefully they'll be able to repair/replace your screen for you.
