The new iPod shuffle is described by Apple as "The first music player that talks to you". It is the smallest iPod on the market today with dimensions of 1.8 x 0.7 x 0.3 in. In actual fact it is much smaller than an AA battery and nearly half the size of the 2nd gen iPod shuffle.

It boost a 4GB capacity meaning you can crank up to 1000 songs on to it and enjoy your favorite songs wherever you go.
Its sleek case is made of anodized aluminium and comes in two lovely colors... silver and black.
A feature I like most is the VoiceOver technology that speaks the title and artist you are listening to.
The VoiceOver technology basically allows song names, artist names, album names and playlist contents and names to be spoken in 14 different languages using the Text-to-Speech in iTunes.
Apple has cleverly removed the volume and track controls previously on the 2nd gen shuffle and replaced it with an Apple branded earphones that include a three-button control right on the earbud cord.
This is great for changing between playlists, hearing the song title and artist of the track playing, as well as play/pause, track changes and volume control.
A stainless steel clip at the back lets you clip your iPod shuffle to your shirt or your bag. At the top is a switch that allows you to shuffle your songs or play them in order.
