Screen is just white with no information showing

Question: When I charged my ipod a couple of times ago the screen is just showing white. The music plays if I touch the bottom button but I have no idea how to see what is on. Answer: Hi Tim, Try reseting your iPod. Connect it to your computer and open iTunes. Press and hold the 'Menu' and 'Select' buttons for 6-10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Hope this helps.
