Transfering music on to one ipod and not the other

Question: I am running my sons ipod and my own ipod of the same computer,after i have downloaded my sons music and then downloaded my own music how do i update my sons ipod without putting my music on it, and how do i update my ipod without putting his crap music on mine, hope this makes sense to you. Answer: Hi Linsey, This is where playlists come in handy. Playlists allow you to add only music you like and then sync them onto your iPod. To create a playlist, clck on the "+" button on the left-hand bottom side of iTunes. Name your playlist and click and drag your songs onto your playlist and when you are ready to sync go to the 'Music' tab and only select your playlist to be synced onto your iPod. Likewise create playlists for your son so that he can have his choice of music also.
